The Art of Sound Experience Centre positioned B&O at the heart of Decorex Africa’s creative conversation — blending architecture, audio, and artistry into a living expression of luxury. From concept to guest experience and social amplification, we transformed the brand’s identity into a tangible, tactile encounter.

At Decorex Africa 2024, Bang & Olufsen’s Art of Sound Experience Centre invited audiences into a world where design, innovation, and emotion converged. Conceptualised and produced by Malkoppi, the space reimagined what premium audio could feel like—an immersive, tactile exploration of sound as art and lifestyle.

Set within one of the continent’s most design-forward exhibitions, the Experience Centre became a sanctuary of refined acoustics and contemporary design. Guests were guided through personal sound demonstrations within the bespoke B&O Sound Room—each encounter balancing technology with human connection.

From industrial design to build, Malkoppi handled every detail: sourcing, manufacture, installation, and on-site coordination. The campaign extended beyond the physical, with VIP invitations, curated social coverage, and influencer touchpoints amplifying visibility across luxury and lifestyle networks.

The result: a brand presence that resonated far beyond the exhibition floor—cementing Bang & Olufsen’s place as the definitive voice of premium sound in South Africa.
